Aconquija - Syrah Rosé
It is attractively and brightly pink. In the nose, it releases lingering fruit aromas of sour cherries, plums, and bananas. In the mouth, this wine presents a complex combination of cherries.

Altitude: 1.100 meters above sea level.
Yield: 80 qq per hectare (1ha=2.47 acres).
Harvest method: manual
Fermentation: with selected yeasts at 13°C (40F)until it has 8
grams of natural sugar.
