The Winery
In order to carry out the winemaking process, we have modern equipment and machinery in each phase of the production process. We count with both stainless-steel tanks and a cooling system. The old concrete vessels have been transformed to stowing place for both French and American oak barrels. These are used for ageing nine-to-twelve-month-old wines.
Our annual production, which is not over 80,000 bottles, allows us to keep control over the superior quality we try to have in each one.
